Unreal Text to Speech

While taking a break from Mirage for the sake of my own sanity as it gets harder over the time to keep working on it while obligated to fulltime job, I decided to do some refreshment with smaller in scope side project, and shifted to work on some of my unreal incomplete stuff. One of those was on the top of my list for quite sometime, was the Text to Speech. So I finally wrapped the entire thing, fixed all the current edge cases and crashes, and exposed more of the API to unreal and rewrote most of the integration from scratch, so i can do pretty much every thing supported by the API, and here is the semi-final results.
